Shipping

All orders over $150 ship FREE of charge via First Class Mail or Ground (which normally takes 3-5 business days) - if your order contains more than one item you are automatically upgraded to 2-3 Day Priority Mail FREE OF CHARGE.  If you need overnight shipping or guaranteed two day shipping please contact us for options as prices can vary greatly based on zip code and weight.

Orders under $150 ship can ship for as low as $3.95 for First Class Mail (normally 3-5 business days but can take longer) if the item is lightweight OR for a flat rate of $6.95 for US Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation (Normally 2-3 Days).  We choose the US Postal Service for most of our shipping needs because of their Saturday service at no extra charge.  

PLEASE NOTE: We started to offer First Class mail at the request of some customers and if you are in no rush to receive your order that's fine but it REALLY is worth the extra $3 for Priority Mail.  Everything about Priority Mail is better: speed, tracking, etc.

Orders ship within 24 hours (not including Sundays) and we will e-mail you to confirm shipment and include your tracking #. Orders placed early in the morning (12AM - 11AM) usually ship the same day unless we are unusually busy.

Exchanges are shipped FREE regardless of whether the exchange is for the same item in a different size or a completely different item.

Returns Policy

While we provide as much information as we can for each and every item on our site returns are simply a fact of life when shopping online and we try to make the return process as painless as possible.

You may return any new, unworn items with the tags still attached within one month of your order date for a refund or exchange. So for example if you place an order on Feb. 3rd your return is due back to us by March 3rd, if you place an order on June 6th it is due back by July 6th, etc.

FINAL SALE items (items with pricing ending in .01) being returned can be exchanged or will be issued STORE CREDIT only.

While deciding on an item please keep it away from any pets or smoke odors and again, please note the tags (both the manufacturer's tags and our white string lock tags) MUST remain attached to the garment in order for us to accept a return.  As a small company we simply cannot afford to accept worn (and therefore unsaleable) returns with missing tags.  

Unlike a lot of small boutiques we do not require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) in order to accept a return.  However, we would appreciate it if you would let us know the item is being returned to us.  The easiest way to do this is by simply replying to the email order confirmation you receive from us.

Exchanges are shipped free of charge whether it is for the same item in a different size or a completely different item.  Just please let us know what item(s) you would like in exchange ASAP so we can pull them from inventory and put them aside for you.

If you are returning for a refund once we receive your return we will issue you a refund within 5 days.  Once we issue that refund it then takes your credit card company 2-3 Business Days to post it to your account.  So in all you are looking at about a week time frame at the most.  

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
